What are Notice Governments and How Do They Work?

The three governments have now advised citizens not to cross over these border districts and to not interfere on the boundary walls.

Any person who presents property or assets to an unauthorised individual is liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ticals. The fine may be carried over and the offender could be sentenced to at least one year in jail. These notifications can only be enforced by law in Bangladesh.
